10 years ago my wife and I had a fantastic meal here. We have returned to today to find the meal to be just as good as the last time. I had the sopitas with Chorizo which was fantastic and my wife had the chicken fajita quesadilla which was outstanding. Definately a great meal for a great price point. Very good job to everyone especially nakita our server.
Great job to all! -

My hubby and I went here yesterday and we were pleasantly surprised at how good it was!! Everything was so tasty and you could enjoy the flavor of each item on your plate. The salsa is the best yet we have found in town and the Margarita was HUGE and a few $$ less expensive than other places. This is our new favorite place to eat. It's not some fancy place, but if you want good, authentic Mexican food, try them out. You won't be disappointed!

I would say that I have pretty high standards when it comes to Mexican food. That said, I didn't really expect much when it came to La Costa.
I wasn't that hungry, so I ordered an a la carte chille relleno, which unfortunately wasn't that good. The tomato sauce didn't have any flavor and reminded me of a can of tomato soup.
The best part of the meal were the chips, bean dip, and salsa. The salsa was so good, we even got a second bowl. -

First impression; carpet was dirty, windows were for sure not get cleaned for months, saw dead flies by the window! Bean dip and salsa were better than what we expected! We ordered a plate that comes with pork burrito (nothing in it and pork was so dry), beef enchilada (it was ok), chili relleno (that was the only thing I eat the whole), tacos with pork&chicken (you can't get fish tacos as a side, server said they have to sale it as a plate which comes with beans&rice????) nothing impressive!

We went here on Easter. I'm sure they probably didn't want to be there on a holiday, but still they were soooo nice. The salsa was off the charts good. We liked it so much that we asked for a giant bowl of it not thinking they would really get it for us, but sure enough she brings over this giant bowl of salsa for us. Everything else tasted amazing as well. I would definitely be back if I'm in the area again.
